Musician Jason Mohlenbrock started taking piano lessons at the age of five. He could play by ear but couldn't read music. He attended ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ, where he found the confidence to not give up on a music career.

Sally Alsigab was born in Baghdad, Iraq. She and her dad are Deaf and learned Arabic Sign Language. When they were granted asylum in the US, both Sally and her father had to learn American Sign Language and English. That journey began at ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ, where Sally is set to graduate in May 2025 with her Associate's degree in Accounting.

Governor Katie Hobbs proclaimed November 18 - 22, 2024 as Arizona International Education Week. ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ celebrated our international community on campus with a range of cultural activities.

³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ's Transfer Center creates a space for ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ students to meet with university representatives to discuss program requirements and next steps. The transfer services provide a liaison between ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ and our partner schools including the four state universities – ASU, U of A, NAU, and GCU– and over 30 university transfer partners nationwide , including Columbia College in Chicago, Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, and Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.

When she was a ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ (³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ) ambassador, Sarahi Mora Hernadez excelled at giving campus tours and discussing the benefits with potential students – the cost savings and small class sizes – but she wasn't always so outspoken.

The Social Media Ambassador Program aims to recruit a diverse and passionate group of ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ students to create content that engages audiences with their unique perspectives. Ambassadors will promote campus events, highlight academic opportunities, share resources, and tap into social media trends.

Ask ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ writing tutor Kevin Flanagan what a typical day in the Learning Commons is like, and it's anything but typical. Requests for writing support come via in-person visits, online appointments, and Online Writing Lab submissions, where students send in an essay or paper for review.
